So a week ago i was driving normally until the car sputtered hard during accerlation and started to flash cel but i could drive it home slowly and it didnt misfire on idle, now it does on idle, cel flashing and sputters when applying gas.Misfire on cylinder 1 is the code and it doesnt change with switching plugs or coils between cylinders. Is it the injector or bad compression etc. Has anyone had same symptoms?

Well you would have to do some diag testing.
Compression would need to be checked. Process of elimination.

Yea i know and i would have done that if i had compression gauge but i dont. So i did pull out the intake manifold today and found that the fuel rail was flooded of gasoline especially the cylinder 1 part where the misfire was. Could this be because of clogged injector? i will sent the injector test and cleaning service so then that is eliminated.

do you have pics ? I'm not sure what "fuel rail flooded of gasoline" means. The fuel rail is what feeds the injectors and should always be full of gasoline .. do you mean the intake manifold is flooded ? if so you have a leaky injector not a blocked one.

Dont have pics… But yea totally normal but there was alot more gasoline coming out from the Cylinder 1 and 2 side rails than 3 or 4 when pulling off the IM. And i have pulled the manifold few times there was not that much gasoline coming out. Could be all coincidence tho.

If anything the injector is stuck open - flooding the cylinder. That would for sure cause a misfire.

if you already pulled the manifold you might as well replace the injectors before putting it back in anyway

Or at least send them out to get cleaned/tested. New genuine injectors are expensive now. Cheap ones are trash.
Wouldn't spend $1k just because..

Im sending them out to get tested and cleaned. Bad availability on good injectors. Pretty much only chinese injectors in europe shops.

Oh wow. I havent done injectors on a B7 in a few years. Didn't realize how expensive they've gotten!

Just did them on my wife's Q5. The bosch set from FCP was like $200
