    It's a cool car....But not as cool as it should be...kind of let down actualy....

    I have seen old photos of a kick ass steering wheel with toggle switches, buttons and paddle shifters.. Also with a sweet ass center tach LCD screen...this looks like a jazzed up TT....

    Engine known from RS4 (V8FSI) with 420hp and 430Nm torque.
    Top speed: 301 km/h
    0-100 (km/h) in 4.6 sec.
    The engine mounting is ‘borrowed’ from the Auto Union Type C Grand Pr ix car of the 30’s.
    The R8 is 1.90 meters width and 4.43m long and 1.25m high.
    Standard manual 6 speedgearbox. Price in The Netherlands € 146,200 *)
    With the ‘R-tronic’ in The Netherlands € 156,400
    It comes with 19†with tires 235/35 at front and 285/30 back.
    DRL is like the S6 a line of LED’s (see front pics above)
    Headlights in LED will be an option by the end of 2007.

    looks much better than what i thought it was gonna look like. the first photos werent so promising but wow. only thing is, the performance numbers arent as great as I expected if your paying 150k euros for it. same numbers basically as the RS4 for much muhc more
