I Have Waited 3 Months And Nothing. I Am This Close To Saying Same Bad Things About The Whole Situation. Don't Get Me Wrong But After This Long Come On. As A Metter Of Fact Someone Was Salling Their For A Lot Cheaper Used And I Should Have Bought That. Damn It
Please contact me directly as I have no way to know who you are from your screen name. I need an e-mail address or paypal name so I can look into this for you. If this has been the case that its taken 3 months I would be happy to refund you and send the shield at my cost. Please contact me through e-mail to resolve this issue. I show no orders pending from that long ago. It would be nice if you contacted me directly to resolve this isssue rather then bashing me for something I am not aware of.
you got pm. im at work right now and cant use my email.

spent 5 saturdays Frankensteining the powerplant, manual gearbox, quattro drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and
electronics from the black car after it wrecked, only to wreck the white one one 2 weeks after getting it running.
just an FYI, i braught my car to the dealer for my timing belt today and they found that this shield was cutting into a wire and sparking when i turned on my car. cost me about $60 to fix (employee rate, i work a honda dealer owned by the same company). just letting you guys know so you put some kind of padding on the bottem.
How to sell an item in the classifieds:
10% off- Brand new in box from authorized retailer on special
20% off- New, never used, private seller, box optional
30% off- Used but in great condition, all parts present
40% off- used, may be damaged or missing parts
50% off+ Handyman's ''dream''
yeah, mines rubbing away at a steel braided wire below the turbo...seems like its causing my battery light comming off and on.
ditto: flashing battery light. any insight into avoiding this, 00black1.8t? i truly liked my shield and same - dealership told me it was shorting out my starter.
It was brought to my attention that in some of the newer B6 version cars the positive wire that runs from the battery to the Starter goes directly below the shield where it rests on the frame below. B5 and some B7 models run this wire below the frame to the starter. The newer version shields I have made a cut out for this wire with protective rubber but the older versions might wear through. You should look and make sure that the shield does not wear through the wire. The simeple fix for this is to sleeve the battery wire with a slightly larger rubber hose slit down one side so that it will craddle the battery wire as a protective sleeve. Or you can bend the shield at the bottom to clear the wire below. This is something that anyone can do. There is no reason to take it to the dealer unless you wanna spend your money. If it has rubbed through just make sure to get down in their with some electrical tape to wrap up the wire to prevent corrosion. That should be good.
If anyone has any additional questions please write me an e-mail.
ANYONE INTERETSED IN A SHIELD SHOULD E-MAIL ME TO GET ON THE LIST. (DONT FEAR, ITS NOT THAT BIG OR LONG TO WAIT) I RECENTLY MOVED AND WAS ON VACATION. I HAVE A FEW TO MAKE AND GET CAUGHT UP ON FROM PEOPLE THAT REQUESTED SOME BEFORE. I PLAN TO MAKE A BUNCH SO THAT THEY WILL BE READY TO SHIP ONCE PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED.
Thanks for the insight. I have addressed this problem and included a solution above.

Mate there have never been any issues with this seller so I would not worry, if he said he will sort you out I’m sure he will so just chill no need for the shouting this guy is well respected on here.
Oh and mistake happen just you happen to be the worst hit out of all the transaction done.
When are these going to be available for B7?
Bought the air filter and waiting to buy the heatshield.
I currently have a design for the B7. I am going to build a bunch of the B5, B6, and B7 models here in the next week. I hope to have a bunch to send out next week for all those waiting. I currently have two people waiting for shields that will go out tomorrow.
Actually no not yet. I have had alot of people ask about one. I just have not had the time yet. I am actually going to develope a new S4 design with a local buddy here real soon. Hopefully it will match with a 2.8. We will see.
Here is where I am at for the weekend. I hope to get a TON of them done.
There are (9) B7's and (8) B6's plus another (8) B5's I will be making this weekend. Those that have been waiting. The wait is over. I will be contacting you as you contacted me for instructions to send payment once they are completed. There are 1-2 more that paid me that I will be sending out this weekend as well before I finish thes ones you see in the picture.
Obviously these are in production and not a complete product. See my info website for a finish product. Thanks
Thanks For your Patience.
The side you see is the side that gets the material added. The other side is protected by a plastic pull off sheet so they dont come scratched.
