Personally I prefer dynos. I don't really understand what htey said.

    320tq is all I got.

What were the actual numbers and are the only two mods CAI and chip?

Doesnt matter. Different dyno and it is a front wheel drive car. But it would be great to see an updated comparo on the same dyno. I think the numbers would be similar for all companies go as all companies are having to tune around fuel limitations anyways. The differences between tunes now is on HOW each company is making its power.

    cheers! mike

GIAC 93 file X boosting solid 20psi and a dyno pull of 279torque to the wheels with no other modifications.

Im surprised to see the 91 octane pull so low!

Amazing post, and thank you so much for taking the time to do this. If you want any help in the future, id be more than happy to lend a hand! You did an amazing job collecting this information!

I find that hard to believe. isnt that like 330 lbs/ft at the crank?

Re: APR vs GIAC vs REVO software comparison with datalogs and dyno charts

man, i totally just randomly stumbled upon this and i wish i would have seen it sooner. i have GIAC+TP+Exhaust and im pretty happy with it. i recently took out the TP cuz im getting warranty work done on the car, but i really cant complain. im super curious about apr. ive had someone constantly nudging me, telling me APR is better, and i guess the numbers dont lie. PLUS APR has the CEL delete... which would be really nice since i have a test pipe. im considering a HighFlowCat tho.... considering the switch tho i guess...

    Hi guys,
I´d really like to live in USA, tuning your car in USA is so cheap
    I give you an example:
Revo soft for B7 2,0TFSI in USA:
    http://www.revotechnik.com/products/....aspx?pvID=592
    499 $ that´s 6070 EEK (our local money)
Revo soft for B7 2,0TFSI in Europe:
    http://www.revotechnik.com/products/....aspx?pvID=585
    719 € that´s 11 250 EEK (our local money)
The middle monthly salary in Estonia is 10 000 EEK
They will offer only MTM Soft in Estonia and it´s 22 000 EEK!
    I think it´s not normal

Take the ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki and get your flash here. I just got APR and it's very good. There's also Forge, BSR, Revo and several others available in Helsinki. Prices are from 500 € to 700 €, depending which one you choose.
