Anyone have a wrecked car with a built 2.7t engine in good shape for sale?

    UPDATE:

Well... one engine got poached and cant get ahold of the others. Still looking for a built engine. Looking for a mild build... nothing too wild. Rods and fresh seals would be good enough, anything else is just gravy.

I can drive to pick it up. Just put it on a pallet so we can load it into my truck.

    Thanks!

There's a few on here if you search this for sale section, ranging from mild to wild. Just depends on your budget.

    What are your goals?

What do you consider "too built" for this application?

My goals with this build will be between 400 and 500 whp. I enjoy the drivability of the audi... and I am one of the few who also enjoy the tiptronic transmission. :) I have a stage 3+ a6 with a tiptronic trans right now... and I have another great tiptronic sitting in my garage waiting to be used. So my plan is to beef up the tip as much as I can... and do another build probably with RS6 hybrid turbos. I understand that I can get away with stock internals for this build... I am running a stage 3 on stock internals right now. But I would like the piece of mind of having forged rods, and all fresh oil seals. I also have a spare 2.7 engine in my garage... but I have poached off of it quite a bit, and instead of spending my time building that block, I would like to spend my time on the transmission and other goodies that will make this build my own.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post, I appreciate it!
