    Agreed. Just got my sticker and Im APR stage 1. My car is from PA so never had a front license plate holder. Mechanic saw right through my fresh zip tie installation. But passed me anyway and said hed just take the front pick from a high angle!

    I have EPL stage 2. Friend installed the pulley himself. 700 total including the stage 2 software that I bought off second hand. Chris at EPL is okay with such, too.

    also yes you will pass emissions as stated before, its the exact same setup as in NH and mine has passed with an apr testpipe stage 3 tune for the past 3 years, as long as the tune is done correctly.
