New Albany, Ohio: Today, ESOTERIC – Fine Auto Finishing, a highline detailing and customization company specializing in exotics and private car collections, announced that they have released their latest video featuring a rare Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta in its one-of-a-kind home.

Unlike all other detailing videos that strictly focus on the work involved, ESOTERIC created one that is intended to celebrate the beauty and rarity of the LaFerrari Aperta (only 209 units produced). Additionally, the video was produced to showcase an environment that was designed and built specifically to complement the beauty and heritage of automobiles.

Of the stunning facility and the LaFerrari Aperta, ESOTERIC President and Founder Todd Cooperider said: “We have been fortunate to have both the opportunity and responsibility of working with this ever-evolving collection for over four years now, and to say that the facility is other-worldly would be a gross understatement. All of the vehicles in this collection are the absolute best examples in existence, and the new LaFerrari Aperta is right at home with the standard LaFerrari that also sits in this shrine to Ferrari, and the history of transportation.”

About ESOTERIC: ESOTERIC is a world-renowned highline detailing and customization company based out of New Albany (Columbus), Ohio. Specializing in exotics and highline marques, ESOTERIC is also a key supplier of car care products to detailing enthusiasts and professionals alike, and trains professional detailers from all over the world in their Elite Detailer Academy. With the end goal of becoming the global center for car care education and training, ESOTERIC currently has over 120 videos to their credit, and will soon be launching their next phase in educational video production.

This brand new LaFerrari Aperta is part of a significant and ever-evolving collection of cars that we have been perfecting and maintaining for years now, and it joins a standard LaFerrari that’s also a part of the collection.

The 950 hp, V-12 hybrid LaFerrari Aperta represents the highest level of performance and sophistication out of all of the Ferrari Supercars, and it also boasts the lowest production numbers at just 209 examples. Given this, the forecast for values on the Aperta will be significant to say the least.

    Ferrari Supercar production numbers:
    288 GTO (1984-1986) 272 units
    F40 (1987-1992) 1,311 units
    F50 (1995-1997) 349 units
    Enzo (2002-2004) 400 units
    LaFerrari (2013-2015) 500 units
    LaFerrari Aperta (2016-present) 209 units

We at ESOTERIC have been visiting this one-of-a-kind facility bi-annually for the past 4+ years, and have seen an incredible lineup of vehicles that has included the likes of the 288 GTO, F40, and Enzo…all with the original window stickers still in place! One of the goals of the collector was to have the finest examples of these vehicles in existence, and to create a world-class facility that will showcase them as fine works of art. Each new vehicle receives our highest level of services to bring them to a quality of finish much greater than what can be done at the factory level, and then we maintain them as long as they are a part of the collection.

The 8,500 sq/ft custom facility took 3 years to build, and no detail was left unattended. Upon the first entry into the building, it absolutely takes your breath away before even getting the opportunity to look around at the details. With the most impressive woodwork we have ever seen, it also boasts over 100 individually designed, carved, and hand-stained sculptures representing the history of transportation. With a total of 4 levels, the garage has a lounge area, mezzanine for viewing the main collection floor, a crow’s nest (with hidden access), a work station with car lift, and a beautifully made carousel to showcase the main vehicle in the collection (in this case…the LaFerrari Aperta). As an additional nod to Ferrari, there’s a Cavallino mounted on the wall that used to be on the gates of the original Ferrari factory! To top all of that off, it also features a fully custom audiophile-grade stereo system throughout the facility by CAT (California Audio Technology). We have been fortunate enough to spend a lot of quality time over the years with the property manager, builder, and owner of the place, and the history and stories of the process from conception to final product is as impressive as the building itself.

Very few people get the opportunity see this facility and collection of cars (an esoteric group, you might say!), and we feel very fortunate to have the responsibility and privilege to be such an integral part of it.

Please enjoy the video and images, and we certainly hope that you like it as much as we do.

Very likely that it's Stanley Ross's - he's part of he Ross Labs family that sold to Abbott. He's seen driving it around Dublin area which is where I'm located and it is a sweet ride for sure.
