My passenger side speaker has been rattling randomly and it gets really annoying, I figured I would post on the forums, I do not believe it is blown because it still is putting a good output of sound, idk if the door frame is loose or what, any ideas?

mine occasionally rattles also. maybe 10% of the time. May be common on our cars. Adust the speaker settings and it should go away. NO real reason to have your bass anywhere past the middle setting in my opinion.

Come to think of it, look at the bottom of your door. Is your weather stripping sagging? Mine is and this could be a result....

It's 99% probably the plastic clips that hold the door card to the metal. You can pop it loose and put some rubber wedges around the clips, and pop it back. The rubber will sorta put outward pressure on the clips and keep them from rattling.

get an app you can control the tones with. I noticed around 65-75 hz or so it can cause some buzzing. I pinpointed it to the light under the door.
Shoved some insulation type stuff in the door and it seems to be gone now.
