The rear looks to be a little low, it's about -1 finger and the front clearance is about +2.5 fingers. I actually don't mind how the back looks, but I want the front to match so I was wondering what I should get for the front to match the back. Also if I should get new springs all around just in case the rear springs are just dead and that's the result of it. I haven't had time to bring it to the lift yet.

It honestly looks fine to me. Isn't the front fender gap always a little more just because of the way the car is made?

Use some B5 front spring perches and it will bring the front down .5" or so and even out the fender gap.
