Good morning, please reference your vehicle's Warranty Manual, 'New Vehicle Limited Warranty' section, under 'Parts that are not Audi Genuine Parts'. Using aftermarket parts, will not affect your Audi Care plan.

The Warranty Manual states: "While you may elect not to use Audi Genuine Parts for repair or maintenance services. Audi is not obligated to pay for repairs that do not include Audi Genuine Parts, or for any damage resulting from the use of non-genuine parts. Audi will not accept liability for any parts and accessories not approved by Audi.

This also means that if you install aftermarket brakes, Audi can deny warranty on you Master Cylinder, brake booster, etc. It will be down to the relationship between you and your dealer.
