Why is this so hard? I have placed a sold order for a 2018 S5 with my dealer. Why can't I go to an official Audi USA website and follow the progress of my car as it progresses through the stages finally arriving at my dealer? You offer this in the UK and I assume other countries. I do not want to rely on my brand specialist who hasn't followed up and enrolled me in the "owner in waiting" program which I am told provides very limited information.
