As good? I don't know. But the rs4 is not deburred/smoothed and is about 3 times the price. I don't have any flow data, but I THINK it will be just as good if not better. And the money is right.

there is some flow data on the rs4 intake just do a search. it really comes down to how much you want to spend. if you do some searching you see some people have made good power on both style of intakes. the intake runner size on a rs4 is way bigger then a ported on a s4. plus bigger throttle body area.

According to flyboy to date the best intake manifold setup was an rs4 intake manifold
ported with enlarged plenum. According to his results it outflowed the only aftermarket
offering from Loba Motorsports when they were making their own intake manifolds.

Couple that with a Hemi 80mm TB and some WDR or THE TUNER charge piping and
you'd have a beastly setup. The only other thing to be addressed on the breathing side
would be IC's, heads porting, and cams etc.

If you're looking for a power number, I don't think anyone could answer that. However, if you haven't seen this already, here's flyboy's site with some numbers for you.
