    Should there just be a bolt thru these? Or somethimg more to it. Think that might be my creaking sound lol

    Should be something holding those together, but they just look like a clamp of sorts. Just grab an appropriate bolt, washers, and nut and do it.

    My 01 C5 2.8L has that if it's what i think it is.... It's the fender bolt arm thing. There's a arm that reaches from the fender to the car and i looks like the same area as my fender. In staring at a c5 fender in my room right now and it looks like it. go to a junk yard and grab a tone of extra bolts and nuts. And if u don' have a inner fender lining you should get some. trust me there cheap AF and so worth it. The fender arm should be the top idk wtf the other arm is under it.

    This is the alignment holes for the subframe. When you remove the frame there is a special tool to make the alignment right.

    Yeah I meant to find this thread again. I had the wheel off my allroad this weekend and noticed those, and remembered this thread. Yeah, nothing supposed to be there during normal operation.

    I know the feeling... I also found that my brake lines are deteriorating. SS ones arrive today but I won't have a chance to change them until Saturday.

    Isnt the salt just lovely? Im on the ocean so i know the feeling. Almost worth it to spray everything to protect it.
