i have a white mk1 tt, its pretty rare in that color

i want to get a full body kit. front and rear bumper + side skirts

body man said i will need to paint the car to match the kit. obviously it doesnt come white out of the box

he says kit wont match if i paint it alone and that he needs to spray the car a bit to make it match

i dont want to touch the paint but i want the kit

what do i do, must i really paint the car

If you dont paint the rest of the car, you will see the difference. Your current paint is aged and changed since it was new. The shade of white is slightly different than the new paint

A good paint shop will be able to paint the kit to the car and match it. That is crazy that he says you need to maint the whole car. I would search around
