    With every waking minute, I warm up to the idea of a concave 20 more and more. I think I could really appreciate the more sidewall too.

    On a related note, what kind of 102's did I get, deep concave or revised concave?

    In future, am I able to swap the 102's from my A5 and run them on the Q5 without spacers?

    Certainly!

    You got the deep 102. There is no revised 102 at this time. The 103 was revised, and the 105/107 were introduced with the regular concave profile. The only deep ones that still exists are the 102 and 104. In the 20x10 ET30.

    You have the 3.0 Q5 with Brembos?

    Waiting for Spring before I pull the trigger on a set of 105's in Titanium Machined finish.. Love that OEM+ look, and I think it will suit moonlight blue very nicely.. Couple weeks yet, and Ill have KW SC, Alu-Kreuz and spacers installed.. Can't wait!

    I've seen that finish in person and it's awesome! Congrats, I'm jealous. Wanting to put those on my S4 but just haven't pulled the trigger..........................yet.

    Good question. I actually wasn't aware of an extra charge for their "Standard Finishes".. But yeah, I plan to go 20x10 and still want that finish, or a comparable silver that matches the window surrounds and roof rails. If I need to drop an extra $600 for the look I want, then so be it.. I'm not dropping $6k on a set of HRE forged, so I think the $600 for a proper finish on 105's is a good compromise.. I personally don't like the BO/murdered out look, it all just gets too dark for my taste and I feel dark wheels tend to look dirty.

    Yeah- definitely want to familiarize yourself with what specs and finishes are available OTS for each wheel. Just because titanium machine is a 'standard finish' doesn't mean they do a production run of the wheel you want with it. In fact, most of their fitments are only offered in one finish. Always best to know what's available before getting your hopes up. Of course for more money, anything is possible.

    For the record- the 20x10 et30 105 (that only comes in carbon graphite for the normal price) needs a 10mm spacer to clear the SQ front brakes, and that's a lot of poke. I'm not sure what it will take on the Q5. Once again- educate yourself on what the options are before getting set on something. You might be saving money over HREs even after a refinish, but if it's not a good fitment, what's the point?

    Yeah, I already have some 12mm(F)/15mm(R) Supreme spacers from Mops to fit the stock 19's a little better once I drop it down with the KW SC's in a couple weeks. He said those spacers will also work for the V-FF applications. The Q5 s-line has brembos, so those spacers are definitely needed for my application. Would the poke with the 105's be any greater than any other V-FF 20x10 et30 setup? I love all the photos in this thread with meaty tires on 20x10's with 295/40/20 mounted. That's the look I'm after..

    You have to subtract whatever spacer you use from your offset. Personally, with a 10" and 295, et28 is my limit. Some guys are running 10.5" and 295 in the mid 20s offset, but once you get down close 20, it needs some decent camber to counter obvious poke.

    The Q5 brembos are smaller than the SQ5 calipers, so you shouldn't need as much spacer. Based on the DEEP 103s posted in this thread, the SQ5 needs a 10mm spacer up front and the Q5 only needs a 5mm. If you can get away with a 5mm to bring it to et25, you'll be perfect with the 295. et18 is too much IMO...definitely without fender lips. There's 10" 103s and 102s posted in here with et20 and et18 respectively but both only have 275s.

    I believe this 10" 103 is at et25 with 295s...pretty obvious poke here too. If that's what you want, you're set.

    Great information! Thanks for the info on the brakes. 5mm spacers with the 275's might actually be what i end up with. Also not after too much poke, so good call out there..

    Probably looking for something more like Vics setup. You think the 105's with 275's using 5mm spacers up front (final et25) would look closer to this?

    Same Q5. I sold Robie 10mm spacers, and was not certain. Looks pretty awesome with the 5mm and 295!

    The 108 is decent IMO. Only smaller diameters for now. I've not seen that 109. Major Brixton rip, but it looks great!
