    Enfig SRWH-AUD3-HILO Review

    I received a defect harness. The steering wheel buttons don't work. They asked me to buy another one, and then return the old one. Beware of customer service. Also the low rear audio problem is only slightly better, no where near the quality of front speakers.

    Hello Sickdeer,

    Just had a customer point out this post. I had never seen it before. I would like the chance to clarify what happened here.

    Can you provide your order number so I can look up the incident. (Moderators I don't mind this being a public discussion I have nothing to hide)

    The only time you have to pay for a new item for an exchange is if you want to have us send the new item before you return the defective one.

    We will pay for shipping both ways if you receive a incorrect item (you order one item we send a different incorrect item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt).
    We will pay for shipping both both ways if you receive a defective item for the first 60 days.
    Unless otherwise stated all of our items have a one year warranty. If your item is defective after the first 60 days we will pay for return shipping but you must pay to ship it to us.
    In most cases we will send a replacement item out before we receive the original item but the replacement must be paid for and the original must be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being sent in order to receive a refund.
