What do you think about these wheels?
What about these on the A3? Also would they fit because they are for the A4

Audi center cap and 19" will do nicely. Although I can think of a few other styles that will better fit that A3 of yours. Let's talk BBS

As far as I'm concerned the A3 NEEDS a mesh style wheel. If I got an A3 I would get the Work VS-TX for sure!!!

Nope . . . . both are 5x112
However the A3 has a much different offset. ET53 or ET56 is the offset of the stock wheel. Standard ET35 wheels will stick out quite a bit and will have rubbing issues.

Get the B7 RS4 reps when they are out, those look amazing.

Really, I didn't know that.
I know that the previous A3 used 5X100 and assumed the current model used the same.

Yeah the new A3, and in turn the new MkV Golf/Jetta, now use 5x112.

I agree with quatime. A3's need mesh. dude, check out the ASA AR1's. awesome mesh wheel licensed by BBS, and they're cheap.
if you're interested in 17, I'm selling some. 18+, check 'em out on tirerack.

Different offset though, but most will work. Spacers may be needed.

If it were me...
I would go fir the BBS RS-GT... Or another BBS rim.
Or you buy real RS4 rims... Don't go for fake... That's like wanting to buy a Ferrari, but instead you buy a Hyundai...

I love it!!! I love how opinionated everyone is. That's why I asked about those wheels, but I guess I shoulda just asked "which wheels should I get for the A3?" Yeah still not sure what to get, and if I could get any wheels right now they would be the RS-GT's, the gunmetal would look so awesome with my Ocean Blue car. But before any wheels go on my car it needs to be lowered!

RS6's look right at home if you ask me (but then again I'm biased and my car came with these wheels)...19s would be sick, but it might look a little too stocklike, but it all goes down to personal preference...and what look your going for...(I like the "there's something about that car, but cant put my finger on it" look)

I was able to buy them for a very small price with the car...
Untill I had the chance/money to buy others... That seemed quite a good option...
And then I found the Sportecs...
But now on topic...
Get the RS-GT's man! And if I were you; I'd get them polished...
I've got a very nice pic of polished RS-GT's on my laptop... When I have it back; I'll post the pic!

The problem though is the crazy offset on the A3. Most won't work for the fronts, stick out too far.

Any opinions on how the Volk Progressive TE's would look on the A3? I don't know how to post pictures but it's at http://www.mackinindustries.com/md/r...ressivte.html.

Trust me this part is never fun. I personally do not like that style you have posted. I think that the Audi’s should have a little bit of lip. Out of the two vehicles I have built and the third I am working on (A4 B6) wheels are one of the hardest modifications to pin down. I have spent lots of money finding the right set for each application. With my Accord it was Giovanna, with the Truck it was Alzero. For the Audi’s I agree that a nice mesh wheel would be the way to go. A lot is going to depend on financial situation, for instance I will be putting a set of HRE 540R on my Audi, but if the financial is part of it I have seen nice mesh wheels from BBS and Volk.
Make sure you go with what you want. It is your car and getting opinions is great but ultimately it is your car and you need to do what you want to.
