2001 A6 4.2 quatro front rotors...

Where do I locate the BR number for my dads '01 4.2Q A6? I didn't see anything in the spare tire well. There are 2 different sized front rotors for his car. Thanks.

I belive our Rotors are 269X22, with a 22.7mm offset. ECS seems to have the best prices..

Thanks, my dad says he got a quote from some garage and they said either $115 or $190 for EACH rotor depending on what size they are because there are 2 different sizes for this year, engine, drivetrain, etc. Maybe I'll just measure them...

yeah, Im not perfect. I knew the offset was 22.7mm, I just didnt pay attention to what I wrote as rotor size. Fronts are 321X30... Sorry....let us know how it turns out. Are you going OEM, or cross drilled and slotted??

Thanks, going OEM blank or slotted depending on price difference. Any idea which model/options runs the 16.7mm offset? Seems weird the same car would have two different types of front rotors.

2.7T A6's. Since the 4.2 has the widebody fenders (but the same brake type), the offset on the wheels is greater.....hence they sit the hub out farther, but the rotor needs to be in the same place.
I found this out last year when I got a pair of 2.7T rotors for free. They dont work.
