I had 5% tint on my A4 for 2 years, I was pulled twice in it after 2 years of driving it all over southeastern PA. I had 13% tint on my S4 and I was only pulled once in Whitemarsh with a warning. I think 20% is the safe bet in PA as I know people who never get stopped with 20-30% but anything darker is a higher risk. I don't like light tint, so about 15% is my best bet.

The OEM grill isn't that great but I've grown more towards it than previously. The only issue I have with RS5 grll is that I don't want to be a fake RS5.

Yea, I enjoy my privacy and that is the closet percentage to 15 that the place I go offers.

Consider yourself lucky. I got pulled over last year in my Acura with only 35% all around. The enforcement of this 'law' is so BS it's not even funny.

35% hardly fits into this category. Having grown up in LA, I'm fully aware of the LEO's concerns with approaching cars with heavily tinted windows ... especially in/around the Watts area. My comment was directed to the total and complete inconsistency in the enforcement of this law in PA. Either tint is legal, or it's not ... not one area requires total compliance and other jurisdictions turn their heads from anything not limo tint.

Just replace the RS5 badge on the grille with S5.

Thanks for all of the compliments. I intend to remove the front license plate and replace the spot with plugs today. I will also attempt to install Hoen High Endurance Yellow Fogs.

Gain access to the fogs thru the front fender liner. Two screws, and pull it back. Takes about 4 mins a side.

Thanks for the information as I wasn't sure if it would be the same as my 2010 Audi S4. I'll definitely put them in tonight or tomorrow..

I'm going to tint the car Friday definitely 50% front windshield, 13% rear 3. debating between 22% front or 13% front. The big moonroof would definitely lighten up the tint.

-40 or 50% front windshield tint
-black s5 or black rs5 grill
-Matte black vinyl or black gloss window trim
-red floor lights or stock white

I plan to 100% get eurocodes and install these Philips 6000k I purchased. I'm hesitant on an exhaust yet but am awaiting AWEs intake as a definite mod. Also, definitely will get the GiAC tune.

I took the windshield tint off my S5 because I wanted the red seats to pop more and so I could see at night better.

love the interior combo and exterior except for the new front headlamps, bumper, fog light design and well... those 'peeler' wheels!

The 2007-11 S5 looks much better in my opinion. I don't use my car much while in college now but I love to run it in the parking lot once a day and feel/hear the intoxicating-v8-rumble.. pumps me up for the rest of my day!
