Today I asked for 93 super in NJ and they gave me reg. yes we don't pump our gas. Do I have to run the tank to lowest possibe before I fill with super and set it back to 93 file or can a little more than half tank be ok?

Had the same issue for me with my regular full serve place. I threw a CEL the next morning too. Go get a bottle of octane booster and use e whole thing. Don't push the car hard until after the next fill. You should be ok.

Id switch back to stock, add octane booster, and drive it hard so you burn through the tank faster. The car has so many sensors anyway and APR keeps them intact but id rather be safe then sorry and spend 3-5 days with stock software and purposefully crappy mpg for one tank for the piece of mind it would give me. Just my $0.02

X 2. Switch to stock until you need to fill again.

For god's sake do not add octane booster. it's worth nothing, maybe worse than nothing if it has MMT in it and coats your O2 sensors and cats with crap.

Just switch to stock, and don't lug it at low RPMS. Fill with 93 at half tank and you are good to go 91 tune, or if you only have the 93 tune just wait until the tank is done. Or add a couple gallons of Sunoco GTX260 Plus when you can, check their website for locations.
