Why do my brakes sound like blue whales in the pacific ocean?

It's the oddest sound, and used to only happen every once in a while - usually at low speeds while turning. I had my front rotors and pads replaced, and it's doing it still... but even more now. Except now, I don't have to be turning, but still only happens at low speeds. Any idea what this sound is? It sounds like a whale underwater.

Feed it some Krill and the noise will eventually go away? lol

seriously though, you should be able to look for your self by removing the tire and checking to see if either there is something lose or stuck. That would be the obvious signs to look for.

Sometimes the calipers can accidentally ingest small wooden men and when the start fires in the master cylinder it causes the brake noise, similar to a whale sneezing. Have you tried opening the bleeder screws to eject the debris/pinocchio?
