Hello all, I'm an in the need of some input on this one.. any and all help is appreciated. I have a 2004 audi tt 225. It has 92k on it. As well as quite a few modifications. (I'll list if necessary). A while ago I was driving on the highway at normal highway speeds and I went to shift to 6th at 70 mph. The clutch pedal stayed on floor, and obviously I couldn't grab my gear. After some finessing. She clicked in and felt fine for an hour. After that in traffic it happened again and stayed like that. So I carefully got the car home, and proceeded to use my backup car.
After some research, I decided to go with AWE tunings, stage 2 endurance clutch.

This will handle any and all future modicifations. I bought the kit and was amazed by the quality of the materials. The flywheel is incredibly light. And should allow for quick revs. also came with to bearing/slave, and all.
A friend of mine has a audi/vw/porsche shop, so i decide to have him tackle it, as i was busy tacking a large repair on my back up car at the time. he installed the kit, and bled it, and it will not disengage. so i decided to do a forum search for anything tat sounds like it could be of help. i did find this... http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...-effective-way. and i figured what the hell. i obtained the materials necassary, and gave it a shot with no results.
here is where we are at now. the pedal effort feels great, it rises back every time, and feels very strong. the clutch will not disengage. the car is still undrivable. if you have any input on this, i would gladly appreciate it.
