The only changes that are (somewhat) obvious are a new set of headlights, the updated more angular front grille, and a new taillights. We expect to see different front and rear bumpers on the production model, ones with slightly sharper edges, and quite possibly a new wheel design.
Updates to the front and rear lights, making the LED lights and blinkers into more solid bars than before, are most apparent in the first and last photos below. Those witty Audi engineers and designers did a good job taping up the lights to mask the changes from prying eyes and camera lenses, but true Audi nuts like us can spot the difference.
