Does this make sense?
So, my uncle works at the Pasadena, Ca Rusnak Dealership..he took down my VIN number to see if i can get a bluetooth installed at they're dealership, and he said the 2006 S4's rarely had bluetooth, and its hard to find the parts for it..or someshit like that, & he said its best to find aftermarket parts because it will be cheaper, i would love to do OEM, Soo i was wondering if anyone here would have a link to EVERYTHING i need..to be able to connect my Iphone S4 to my RNS-E..and to be able to sync all songs, call, hang up, pick up, and be able to access my phone through the car basically..

you can retrofit BT in to an s4 they prob dont know what there doing

i'm in a 2006 s4. no BT as of now. but i want to do the same thing. I went to an audi dealership and asked if they could install an OEM unit to function through the steering wheel and hang up, call and quiet radio. However they said "They could not do it", and pointed me in the direction of OEMplus.com and another website.
I really want BT too, so if you get it to work. let me know exactly what you bought and how it turns out. i'll be doing more research within the week too

I think it's about $1000 for the parts.
You can do anything.
Canadian 2004 S4's didn't have the harness for XM/Sirius, for example, but I was still able to get it in. Kufatec is a great company if you find your harness situation lacking. Expensive though.

the previous owner of my s4 told me that the 06 s4 that were manufactured at the end of 2005 did not get the bluetooth.

I have a 2004 S4 and I installed a original second hand bluetooth unit. only calling works though (but it was enough for me)
Bought it for EUR 140,00 install was easy occording to the garage.

Buyer Beware with the eBay stuff, though. I personally don't know if those are the right part numbers (some advertise latest model #), but you should be able to call a larger Audi parts supplier to confirm, or by asking for some sort of verification from the seller as to compatibility and functionality.
Once you have the parts its not hard to install yourself, you'll need those radio removal keys (ebay also). Took me about 15 minutes to put in an aftermarket Ipod device (although you will need to place a microphone too I think) that allows me to control ipod or iphone through the ipod/iphone itself, not my car controls. I like it better this way for navigating music.
I'm not certain on the functionality you describe though is possessed by the RNS-E and the BT + iPhone 4S. Audi hasn't done the greatest job with integration of all these technologies from what I know, so you might want to search for an Audi manual online somewhere that describes what features you will get under that combination.
