Question BBS CH-R 20x10.5 et 35
I have a 2012 ibis white s5 and is looking at the possibility of upgrading my wheels.. Currently looking at a black bbs ch-r 20x10.5 with ET 35 running on 255/30/20.. Do you guys think this setup will be okay on an S5? Also i have not been able to find an s5 with 20x10.5 on them, most of them run on 20x9... :s
Thanks

with that high offset, you can run 285/30/20

Are you going for the mexi-stretch look? Wrong car for that, too classy.

Yea, dont run 255 on 10.5. 275/30 is a great look on 10.5 and I run the exact specs you are looking at with an extra 5mm in the rear, NH. But yea, I run 10" et23 with the 5mm spacer on 275/30. Gor for it...you will have no issues.

I've always thought silver wheels were boring, until I found AZ. Fell in love with Brian's DG S5 w/ HRE P40. I think silver is the ultimate OEM+ look. Especially since it goes so well with the silver trim of the car.

I'm not sure if it will look that stretchy, here is the pic of the wheels alone..
Also, this is a used set of wheels (was previously used in an A4/S4 if I'm not mistaken) and it comes with the tires on with them. So my option is to get a new set of wheels and tires? I have not done a lot of research regarding the ET and offsets and stuffs.. I will certainly do my research soon.

WoW that tire looks thin btw from the pix it doesn't look like 10.5. I'm running 20x9 all around with 255/30/20 and I've been driving extra careful but still because of them pot holes around here gave me some scratch on the rims. Make sure to order some of the Rim Guard rings. That'll look sick on Ibis White.

good luck...can't wait to see it on your car. It might be the angle but according to this angle pix it looks 20 x 9

Definitely doesn't look like a 10.5
Have the seller give you the info off the back of the wheels. It should have the specs on it.
I didn't know A4/S4 has such wide arches to fit a 10.5

Well they will look damn good. So they came off of an 09 or newer a/s4? They do not appear to have the concavity of the 10.5's but its hard to tell from that pic. Have a side shot? I would confirm the width, et, hub bore and tire size. Either way, either width will work fine. But the offset would be nice to know.

Nice fund. Well those are 10.5 but the bore will be too small. Not gonna work. That rs4 makes me hard.

Correct! These are 57.1, and you will need 66.6 ..... nothing hubrings can't fix!

Parsa, correct me if wrong, but you can only go down, right? 66.6 down to 57.1 Not 57.1 to 66.6.

Ya your right mop hub rings won't fix that, they gotta be bored out. I think bbs has some type of different hub set up though??

BBS wheels use a PFS kit to adapt to different sized hubs. They're bored out larger than 66.6.
"Almost" completely stock.

^Hmmm, my CK's were 66.6...no adapter.

CK's use PFS kits as well. Are you sure they didn't have them? BBS PFS don't look like typical "adapters" when they're mounted to the wheel.

Lol, not sure...I had them off many times and never noticed any additional parts around the hub. No clue.
