Nope. I can not do a dam thing.... Car went back to the dealer for an ill fitting bumper. They are now ordering a new front bumper to replace the old. Won't be done until Monday at the earliest. With work and other things in life, next week will not prove fruitful either. Looks like things will start getting done a week after next

I tell ya Mr. Kram, if the flash from APR is behind your issue I might not ever go with them again. As I have said previously, I was flashed at a meet and threw a cell immediately on my way home. NEVER could get it resolved after two months of dealing with it. Ended up selling the car so that ended my frustration... but now this.
I might just be fine with stock mappings, and CB. Who knows....

It was the ECU. Should get the. At back tomorrow. Gonna send it back to APR to try again. They claim that this is the first time they have heard of the issue.

Hate to say it Mr. K... but it seemed VERY coincidental from the start. That and me being very skeptical of APR. They had the same reaction to my CEL after flash.
Wish someone could figure something out for us like Cobb has for Subaru.
Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully APR pulls through for you and everything works out. I can only imagine how frustrated you must be.

Agreed. I had them on my S4 for just a short time before I sold it. I liked the tire from what I experienced. What are your driving impressions?

So far so good, have about close to 7,000 miles on them and they still look as good..a little noisy at time but I always blame it on my hearing (I was diagnosed with like supersonic hearing (no joke) this year by my ear doctor =P

With 30 series tires, you're going to be able to drop that sucker LOW!

You are good! Figured you had an inside scoop like I did!!
Yeah, I think it is going to go lower than initially anticipated. I want the gap shored up but that is going to come at more than 1.4 inches.

Ya think? I don't know. The sidewall doesn't look that small to me. Running it with the recommended psi, the sidewall is rated higher than what I had on there.
Time will tell I suppose. If I bend one, I will go to 35 series. For now, I think it will be good. Especially when I get this thing dropped.
Also, I ran 235/35/19s on my S4 with no issues. It was heavier than this car. Difference of about 4% on sidewall thickness. We shall see.

Saw his car in person tonight. With the +41 offset and 30 series tires, he's going to be able to get pretty low once he puts his coilovers on. His car is going to look so sick once he gets the coilovers on and dialed in!

Thanks all. While the wheel design has been out for a while... and is a OEM look, I really like them. I think they make the car. The car needs moAr low like yesterday. It is killing me. Still looks good to the average person though. I had three neighbors come up to me along with some folks VISITING neighbors that wanted to know what kind of car... and said how good looking it is.
The offset is actually 40 but what is one mm?? LOL
The coilovers along with the rear sway, are going on on Tuesday - drop off is 8:15am. If I had the time, they would be on tomorrow morning. Given Memorial Day is Monday, well I just have to wait. Just eye balling it though, this thing will be dropped anywhere from 1.5 to 2 full inches. I don't want tuck. I just want a nice flush look.
Saw Inferno's car today... wow. What a great looking car. And now, what a great SOUNDING car! I am saving my pennies for a similar CB. Envious of the sound.

- do they allow you to run without plate numbers in front? It looks very clean with the full grill, especially for the Facelift model which doesn't have that plastic for holding the number plates that makes it look like an C5;
Again, congrats on the car!

Thanks eKKoman. I am not really going to have the answers your are looking for but I will let you know what I know.
- I am not sure what the tint % is. It was on the car when I got it. Initially, I was going to pull it and have it replaced with 20% - it is obviously not this dark. With that said, I think it is ~30% (not sure it is as light as 35%). The tint was done well and I figured I would just keep it for now and put funds towards other mods.
- I do not know of a place that has sline templates for placement. I do know, that before I found the templates for the supercharged badging, I was just going to find a badged A6 and do my own. I figured it couldn't be that hard to trace - I would just need the permission from the owner LOL. Maybe a phone call to europaparts might reveal something they don't have on their site? Maybe ECS? In the end though, I would bet you could handle a quick track of a badged car at the moment. If not, download the .pdf file for the supercharged template and work from that. Both sides will be even in the end and may look more appropriate.
- Colorado law requires a front plate. Just a roll of the dice if I get stopped and cited. If I do, cost of the ticket may be worth having a clean front end.
I did a quick search on ECS's site and found this:
sline badge
No pic so I would call and confirm. You could always 'reback' your badges with 3M tape and resuse them.
Hope this helps on some level.

Thanks. I tried to capture how bright the wheels are but my iphone just doesn't capture it well. Hartmann uses a great silver (Hyper, Gloss - whatever you want to call it). I was very pleased once it was pulled from the shop and was sitting in the sun. Exactly the look I was after. Now.... to lower this thing ASAP. LOL.

Thanks!
One thing though, related to : "if not, download the .pdf file for the supercharged template and work from that", i couldn't find that template anywhere! Can you point me out, or update the one you used on PhotoBucket and paste the link here?
I ordered new badges from UK and the template would be useful to not mess it up again :).

Going to let it settle a bit.... and the right rear needs to be adjusted a bit higher ~ 1/4 of an inch

I had someone do it. Got a good deal on install and lifetime adjustments.... so, I really can't complain. I was going to try the install with a friend that has experience, but my back would not allow it at the moment. Plus, I keep hearing the rears are really an issue. Rear sway was also installed today.
I have not had much time to drive. I literally drove it home from the shop and that is it. Looking foreword to more time behind the wheel in the next week or so.
