Cars & Coffee v.4.28 *opinions please!*

So, lately I've been getting more "artistic" with my shots and doing lots of close-ups, black & whites, and "aerial" shots. I'd like to know what you guys think of that. Should I continue? Or tone it down a bit and keep it to mostly "Normal" shots?

As to the show...what can I say? Once again we had an excellent array of cars and the weather was PERFECT. This is probably one of my favorite sets of shots that I've ever taken. I said "wow" out loud while editing some of these shots, which is saying a lot because I've taken so many shots at this point that it's hard to amaze my self. As I was editing I kept thinking in a Steve Erkel voice "Did I do that?!"

My favorite cars from the show where the Mercedes Benz 200A Cabriolet which was brought over from the Mercedes Benz Classic Center, and the Jaguar V12 Powered Hot Rod. The crowd favorite was the Brabus SLS AMG. Which was your favorite car from this weekends set? Which was your favorite shot?

Wow these pictures are great! I love the effects, it just highlights the car and makes the colours pop! The close-up ones in black and white are really nice too, it has sort of a vintage feel to it.

Question: any special reason the thread is called "cars & coffee"? And what kind of camera do you use?

Cars & Coffee is a weekly car get together held in Irvine, CA. There is no entry fee or anything like that. It's basically a place for you to show off your interesting car. Though unfortunately some people don't get it and think it's ok to park their perfectly stock Silver BMW next to the actually interesting cars.

    I use both a Sony Alpha 100 and a Sony Alpha 33

The weekly car get together sounds awesome, I wish I was in Irvine to attend the event. What’s the most interesting model you’ve seen so far?

Just out of curiosity, do you watch Top Gear? This guy I met on chatroulette recommended the TV show to me - the guys on the show are crazy hahaha
