B7 XM problems - No Audio

Hey guys... Looking for help with my xm radio. I have a B7 S4 equipped with a RNS-E, Bose, & CDC. I activated my xm service the other day, but I don't get any audio with any of the xm channels. Only channel 001-Preview that I get audio on. I even took it to Audi and they couldn't figure it out. I understand that the sat audio is through the CDC... The Sat already has the the three audio input wires ran to it..I'm guessing from the CDC (looks like wired from the factory). Do I need to run some other type of adapter or one of enfigs sat passes? I won't ever use the CDC, so do I disconnect it?? i already searched many times, but still turning up empty. Thanks in advance

Are you able to navigate to/thru all the channels? Have you already tried re-syncing the radio?

Yes I have. All the channels show up with artist and song info... The preview channel is the only one giving me audio.

Just weird. I'd guess it's worth checking the connections on the XM receiver itself, including the antenna. And perhaps refreshing the radio once more, from an area where there are definitely no obstructions. Beyond that, I'd have to guess it's a hardware problem with the receiver. Good luck...

Wish I could help, very weird that you are only getting audio on the preview channel. I know when I activated my XM receiver it acted funny for a while, but it was just channels acting strange, not audio being missing. Post a thread in the CO section to see if anyone local to you has an XM receiver you can try.

    Good luck.
