Cool new toy. Adjust coilover ride height in minutes.
Somebody buy these and report back. I'm too broke right now.

Great idea, though the welds scare me lol
And I'm curious to see these with 1000lbs resting on it... I would hope the actual product (not proof of concept) is made from thicker steel, and just a bit higher quality. Great idea though :-)

"Universal fit" always scares me, and that plate the spring sits on doesn't look overly robust

Do want.
Would these still be prone to seizing up due to rust or something in shitty winters?

Wow, I'm speechless. That is the worst looking design, weld, implementation I've ever seen. You'd think that after "a half century" in business they'd know what not to do at a trade show and what not to put on tv.
A) The welds and engineering on that "universal product are fucking horrible.
B) No way in hell are you going to get enough torque out of a cordless drill or most impacts to raise or lower bound up, salted over coils without taking the load off the suspension.
C) "Universal" anything is always bad. If it fits a honda, camaro and audi, there's a problem and a lack of commitment to put out a decent, line specific product.

cool idea though. and i wonder if you could just get a shock/spring setup, paired with these instead of an existing coil over setup.

1) welds scare me
2) wonder how "easy" it would be with a full load on

^ Thats what I was thinking. Unloaded spring tension zips up and down no sweat but with a compressed spring might be a different issue...
Then again, if it does work... I want!!!

Like everybody said, cool idea. Poor execution. On top of the fact that as replacement perches these things are huge. Looks like it would raise you car 2 inches just by putting them in, which we all know on some setups could be a major issue.

They seem to have a variety for different applications
And the build quality doesn't seem as bad as you guys make it out to be in this close-up. After all, this shit isn't full on race race stuff that's thousands of dollars.

It seems that the gear reduction principle applies in this case. Notice how much the adjuster nut turns in relation to the amount the perch raises. Plus, most quality cordless impacts can run up to 300lbs of torque.
