Need help from TireRack.

Doc, can you please check your email, I have cc'ed you on an email conversion I had with Liz Stickler. In her last email, she asked me to gather a lot of data, I have put a lot of effort into collecting that data, sent it to her, and then I heard nothing back... This was before winter. This is concerning my H&R Sport springs I have purchased for my A5, that are most likely mislabeled, as they do not lower my car as expected. I would like TireRack to help me resolve this, as the product you sold me does not perform as advertised.

This is my front wheel gap, the tire specs are 225/40-19:



Basically, even cars with the OE Sport springs, that feature a milder drop, look considerably lower than mine.

LOL has that even dropped? Deffintly staying clear now, sorry to hear, seems like a waste of mulah after seeing that "no drop"

For those that are following, we will have to get the springs back to H&R to see if the springs were marked with the wrong part number and as a result were not intended for this application. I've not run into this issue before with H&R in my 8 year tenure here, but that doesn't mean anything. We normally expect the car to sit a little higher than the "advertised" drop for a few days after installation and then settle into the final ride height. Obviously that has not happened in this instance, so we've got some research to do !
