about a 3. The toughest part is getting the filter onto the lip. Other than that it's a really straightforward affair.

It's pretty simple. I've done it a few times now.

Looking back on it, I wish I would have baked the top part at 150F for about 10 mins just to get it nice and warm. Mating the two pieces took a bit of massaging.

As pointed out earlier, getting the filter on the lip was the hardest part of the job.

2 out of 10. I didn't have any problems at all with the fit and no real problem with the filter either. It may have helped that mine was used and I knew to watch for the filter attatchment as a point of issue.

Make sure the hose clamp isn't too tight.

If the filter is giving you trouble take off the hose clamp and then put it back on after you get the filter on. Just take your time, its simple. If it really doesn't want to go on, spray some silicone spray inside the filter or the lip.

Yeah, it fits fine. In my particular case the filter was a bit tight, but also oily so it was slipping out the second I got it on. I had to figure out a way to keep the filter pushed against the coupler securely and then tightened the clamp while I did that to lock it in position. Again, not hard per se, just took a while to get it figure out.

Take the damn little clip on piece off the stock airbox in order to fit the carbon fiber APR cover over it. The directions never told my friend and I to and we were trying to pry it on for about 2 hours.

So my package was missing the airbox install instructions ( found online) and the 2x M6 bolts. (installed without for now, but will fit). The air filter fit fine, the airbox lid was another issue , it's not a tight fit to the airbox and not all screws were installable, strange, looks and sound amazing though

I had a problem with the m6 bolts. I ended up cracking the cover trying to screw 1 of the bolts.

Waiting to hear from apr now.

I ran out of time to try and get the top on correctly so installed with a gap for now, will pull apart next weekend and try again (once I have picked up some M6 bolts too)

Mine was the same. One screw wouldn't fit in the cover. For that much money it should be perfect
