I know its not as easy as buying on ebay(you'll need a broker, pay bunch of fees and shipping)

but if I can get this car for less than $4k....I can see profit and or even keep the car

Its a salvage that's why. 2006 is too new to total a car for hail damage or other minor environmental physical damages. If there is no apparent damage, then I'm thinking flood victim. If so, good luck with that motor, trans, or other moving parts. Much less the interior quality

man there are some nice cars on that website. Found a 2012 A8 where the whole front end was totaled and all airbags deployed. I have no idea what it would cost to fix it but if you could for like 12-14k.... what a steal!

^^^good parts car, maybe but for $32k? To repair it would be nightmare. First hand, repairing the obvious frame and front engine damage and replacing the 80,000 airbags that Audi puts in the A8s would definitely be cost prohibitive for me.

Well, I just don't randomly select cars...I looked at this one and it doesn't say anything about flood. They're pretty straight forward to what happened to the car like they will list the car for having front end damage, rear, side, mechanical problems, flood, vandalism or even problems with previous repairs.

I've been trolling the site and been looking for a clean a4, no front end damage as I don't want to deal with any engine problems for now. I always look around for the rear ended cars w/ minimal to no frame damage. Especially that I have a spare rear bumper, rebar and even front bumper in hand to make the fix cheaper =)

i would buy that clean s4 and part it out and make all my money back plus more. it looks so purty!!! rear bumper, door blades, wheels, interior im guessing is great. man what a steal depending how high the bid goes....
