    What part is this?

    Hey guys,

I pulled my codes today and found out I have the following issues:

19537 - Engine Temperature too Low
    P3081 - 008 - Implausible Signal

17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
    P1136 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded

I think I found where my leak is for the second code. I just don't know what the part is called or where I can get it. Can you guys help a homie out?

Three way check valve, search "engine strengthening" to find a great thread by A4Darkness that covers all of the check valves in detail.

That is a check valve, I cannot say if the codes are related.

The hose on the right is the one that is leaking, where it meets the valve. When I barely touch the that part, air starts leaking like crazy. I can only imagine how much it leaks when I'm "attempting" to boost or when the car is moving.

The "hose" being the elbow going into the intake manifold?

I'll take another picture to show. Sorry I'm bad at explaining when I don't know the correct terms :(

gimmie 2 minutes and ill edit this post with the pic

    edit:

The "valve" is broken off in the elbow hose going into the intake manifold. Pictures should explain it. After looking around, there are a few of these valves/hoses that are dry and cracking. I'm gunna look into the links you guys' posted to learn more about which ones to replace and what else to doo.

Okay, definitely check valve, I would replace them all. There are 4 two way and 1 three way. The broken one you have there is the 3 way.

Get the jet suction pump too, that piece tends to break often.

Went to Kragen, couldn't find a 3-way valve check, so I got one at the dealership for $37. Yes, a piece of plastic for $37. I could of ordered online and paid less, but my car was running like shit and I had to get smogged.

    Car runs great now though.

Nice. Once you pass smog, I would suggest looking into replacing all those check valves and the SJP. I replaced that same 3-way valve and the SJP and now the failure has cascaded farther down the line. I'm going to rip it all out and redo it soon.
