Video sound clip or AWE exhaust 2010 A5 2.0T

What was used to record sound? The recording most likely doesn't do it justice because it sounds very tame, and while the car is driving around, it's pretty much drowned out by tire rolling noise. I'm trying to record my own custom exhaust, but I'm having this kind of a problem, all microphones in my phone/camera/gopro hd are really poor for this purpose.

^^ yes, would like to know how does it pull now? do you have the stage 1 or stage 2? Can you run stage 2 without installing HFC or upgrade downpipe?

I can't tell cuz I never had this exhaust when it was on stock ecu

In the video, it has a bit of a "chainsaw" sound. Does it sound like that in real life?

Based on my own attempts so far, I'm sure it does. I tried my iPhone too. It's crap. I'm buying one of these today, to hook up to my GoPro Hero 2: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...icrophone.html

The iPhone speaker isn't the best for capturing video. Once you pick up the GoPro it should sound a bit more like this-
