The team at Eurocode Tuning is excited to announce our newest product release for the B8 Chassis A4/A5 2.0TFSI. As many of you have seen, we are currently offering the finest intercooler kit on the market for the B8 Chassis. Our IHI billet aluminum turbo outlet adapter has given quite a bit of buyer’s remorse to those who have purchased a competitor’s product.

While our competitors have failed you as a consumer, we are here to pick up the pieces and make things right.

Without further ado, we would like to introduce our TRUFit line of silicone hoses. Eurocode's TRUFit silicone kit provides the missing link between the factory IHI turbo with its paltry 1.75" outlet, the factory intercooler (or any manufacturers intercooler that is designed to work with OEM piping), our highflow intercooler pipe (or the factory plastic pipe) and your throttle body.

The TRUFit kit is composed of the following components:

• Eurocode IHI Billet Aluminum 2.25" Turbo Outlet Adapter, with a type III clear hard anodize finish
• TRUFit silicone charge pipe hose from Turbo Outlet Adapter to Intercooler
• TRUFit silicone hose from Intercooler to High Flow Intercooler Pipe
• TRUFit silicone hose from High Flow Intercooler Pipe to throttle body

What is the benefits of this if you run the stock intercooler and plan to NEVER upgrade the intercooler?

Also, can you post a link to directions so I can see if I can DIY this or not?

The benefits are a 2-250RPM reduction in turbo spool (due to larger turbo outlet). Longer life than rubber hoses, the ability to handle increased pressure (great for chipped cars) The TRUFit hose kit also integrates seamlessly with our high flow intercooler pipe.

Install is pretty straight forward, remove the factory hoses (7mm socket or flat tip screwdriver) remove the factory turbo outlet adapter (5mm allen wrench), install Eurocodce adapter, install TRUFit hoses.

We have found it easiest to put car on jackstands, remove lower tray (T25 and phillips screws)

Looks great and I'm interested in this but have a few questions. Any chance of having a group-but on the High Flow Intercooler Pipe also?
The adapter is 2 1/4" but the insides looks like it just tapers from 1 3/4" to the 2 1/4"
Also what size is the oem hose vers this new hose?

We will not be doing a group buy on the high flow intercooler pipe, it is already marked down from $149 to $109 (a killer value compared to similar products ont he market).

The adapter is 2.25" and it does have a smooth taper from 1.75" to 2.25"

The inside of it is quite different than the OEM outlet and shows a decrease of turbo spool. the OEM hose is 1.75", out hoses are 2.25" throughout with a smooth taper up to 2.5" at the throttle body.

The kit ships with one OE style clamp for the larger turbo outlet, the rest of the existing clamps are transferred over.
