turbo sound??

ok, this sounds silly i know,,but what sound duz your turbo make????
mine is working fine, but it duznt sound the same as the turbo on my mates vw passat 1.8t, nor a 1.8t a3 a pal of mine has???
i know its ok coz when spooled up the car rockets along just fine, but mine makes a sort of ticking or lots of little pizzzts sort of sounds, sorry for the naf sound fx!!! the thing is fine, evan lookd at by audi but just sounds diferant from others??
a b it like a dump valve going off, just lots of then one after the other, and VERY fast??????
is this 1 for the x files??????

Nevermind these fools, Iam under the impression that the point behind the design of the K04 is that it DOESNT have a blowoff, and doesnt make the stupid little whistle like the scooby... Not a professional, but it could also have something to do with the Varible Geometry system of the K04...
