ATCO raceway Feb 24, 25 - bring your A, B, or C tune!

Figured we need a separate thread on this...

Who is going to ATCO on these dates? I would consider coming down just to get a few cracks down the strip with V2.0. It's a long drive for me, so if you're coming, which day? Want to see as many of you as I can if I come. I'm 50% right now...but I know a few of you will be there for sure.

Aww shucky ducky now. Friday would be hard for me (beside wanting no parts of driving over to jersey during friday rush hour traffic).

Saturday could be doable...actually. Who friggin' knows if I'll actually have V2.0 by then. I might just be eating popcorn on the sidelines

Atco is one of the lowest elevation tracks in the USA. So, theoretically you "should" be faster than others.... Don't dissapoint us

S**t, this is potentially shaping up pretty well. Trying to get my bro to come share driving duty...besides, so far it cost me $1500 to lift my license suspension in NY and I don't want to jeopardize that...

Haha, i was waiting for you to call me out! Then again, I'm still debating, only because my wife is expecting anytime. Her due date is 3/3 so it'll be hard for me to be gone for an extended time. For me it will be a last minute decision depending on how she feels. But I would love to since it's only an hour away for me. However, I'll continue my watch on this thread.

I'll be there if I can-depending on the date. Slammed with work.

I doubt I will be doing anything more than spectating with Nunyabiz and others. Besides I don't think you would want to see or use my times as I am not the world's greatest 6MT drag racer. And I don't pretend to be either....

Keeping the variables down is key.. DSG cars would probably be best option for this comparison.

But I'm glad Richi will be there. Luis might be there also (apexit). Heck if they can launch the 6MT- more power to them. I wan't to see a manual time up on that list.. Too many damn DSGs.

I'll probably hitch a ride with Pete if I don't drive down.

And isn't Atco in bumblef*&* land? Wouldn't E-town be easier for more people so maybe Primetime can school everyone/ I mean join us? Easier drive for him I would think.

The race gas vs pump debate.. I dunno. I'd love to see pump only but I'm sure there will be cheaters who don't say they are running race gas. Run it if you want.. just let everyone know.

I think this would be a nice opportunity to meet a lot of characters here on audizine and make peace. People tend to act like idiots behind the keyboard (reading these damn tune war battles) and most don't act that way in person.

I hope this really does happen and a shitload of S4s show up.

id love to come and meet some of you guys and represent the stock cars, but ATCO is just to far for me. Plus lots of skiing and wedding planning stuff this weekend blah

Atco is at better elevation so you'll get slightly better times plus the track prep is better. And Richie beat me to it, pump gas is the way to go. Unless you're ron and you daily with 100 Oct, I don't know what is proved by running a 100oct tune. I certainly don't think it helps with the comparison.

Guys, I'm all for whatever track is open. If e-town is open for test n tune, let's do it. I just want to see a track before spring.

Fixed that for ya

If APR can manage to get the flashing tools to the dealers before this date and I am able to get to V2.0, I might be more inclined to destroy my clutch....err, I mean give it a try. Yesterday I called a dealer near me and he had no clue when the equipment would arrive. Guy said they've been hearing "shortly" for a few months now
