A buddy and I were doing some pulls last night and everything was going rather smoothly from a roll. When we tried to do a run from a dig I held rpm at around 4k and dumped the clutch when the light turned at first I felt the car start to jump but then I was basically standing still with the clutch all the way up and the Rpms were going up as if I was in neutral hitting the gas. After the Rpms went up towards redline I just threw it into second and went no where, Rpms went up so I tried putting in 3rd gear. Then as I realize I still wasn't moving I completely let off and pulled over to the side. Clutch gave me no issues on my drive home or this mourning on my way to work.
Anyone having any trouble launching? Have any issues of there clutch slipping? Any idea why this is occurring?
My friend said he spoke to another s5 owner who said that because of a possible anti stall feature that it will let the clutch slip like that? Idk
Any help is appreciated
