    Did some work:

ECS Tuning for the most part:

    Get outta my way:

Got a Walbro in tank pump from: http://www.highflowfuel.com/i-692480...1995-2001.html

Made a custom catch can with 034 adapter, billet rail with the trick single sided fpr holder.

Installed new dipstick and picked up 2" of vacuum, new injectors cups, sprayed the intake, valve cover and 034 coil baker:

Made upper and lower heat shields:

Removed the clutch fan and pulley, did the shorter belt conversion, and installed this guy.....$30! shipped:

This picture again, note the blade keys and power steering pump, both from Ebay. The keys are $11 shipped, wow, the pump was $99 shipped...pretty good. Key (s) works perfect have the transponder if needed and stamped with the Audi logo, and pump's casting is great...a little surprised.....car makes 0 steering noise and steers better then it has ever done. Also, that pump, 1 year warranty.

    Power steering pump here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-VW-PASSA...ht_1674wt_1092

Installed pic of heat shield, oh yeah, also did a GT2871r not to long ago:

Finally wired my halos, with chrome bulbs (corner lights, don't show yellow till they blink for a turn) however the whole assemblies are gonna be replaced:

Led projectors, led tails will be next, real german plate from Europe with custom plate holder and custom us plate bracket with independence leds are next or already on the way.

The al-la-grand finale is in the works and should be done t-minus 4 weeks.

Do you have some type of funky paint job or is it just the photo? Would be interested to see more if so.

Awesome job on the heat shield, it looks great.

Since he didn't really explain, he sprayed his car with bedliner type material. There's a huge thread on vortex, though I don't feel like digging it up. Pretty cool IMO, though lots of people think he ruined his car.

And I definitely like that heatshield, want to make one for me?

wow. I think its pretty cool.

it is going to be impossible to sand off if a normal paint ever wants to get sprayed on there, but it does look good.

I would put the oem headlights and tails in though if rocking that intense of a paint job, could start to get overboard pretty quickly. but its not my car

    good job op, i like.

What did you use to block off the hole left in the pulley by removing the clutch fan?

    Can you re-elaborate?

I thought you where joking, the uninstalled pics looked..well...uh...yeah... then I scrolled down and saw the installed pic on the blue B5, look good.

    - Car has been sprayed in urethane texture with a titanium silver and clear coat paint job over the top.

When you remove the fan clutch, isn't there a "hole" left where that pulley once was?
What did you do to close that off?

Nothing, there's just a ball bearing out in free space, it's not attached to the motor if capping it off is what you're referring to.

Any chance you took a photo after removal of that area?

I didn't put I can give you detail about it. The mount is a circular piece of metal that has a large ball bearing in it, in front is the pulley fan, in the back is a hole where you can access a single allen bolt. When you undo the bolt, the front assembly falls right off and bolts comes out the back.

What you're left with it that circular piece of metal that has a large ball bearing in it, and obviously the hole through it where the allen bolt was. It's now just really a circular mount kinda that just sits there with no purpose, located above the p/s pump and below the alternator.
