Radio not working

I have no display on my screen, and the radio is not working. Can someone tell me where the fuse is? I checked the panel and nothing lists the infotainment system or radio. Yes, I tried searching. It brought up V1 installs.

Ok, so I brought my vehicle in for service. The techs have no idea what's wrong, and they can't even get VCDS to communicate with my car at all. They're assuming it's a problem with the software update they applied for the B&O amplifier. I walked out into the service bay to grab some stuff from my car and they had it completely torn apart. My stock amp was sitting in the trunk, all the cable harnesses were disconnected, the subwoofer was in the trunk, fuse panels were all pulled off and 2 guys with computers trying to connect to it.

I had mine replacedd when the CD player would not accept CD's...after I got it back they upgraded the software and the next day the radio would shut off and sometimes work for a little bit on start up...took them a while but they said the radio was no good and replaced it again...I have had the car back for almost a week and all is good.

That sucks, man. I just got my car back last night. They said that the ground wire to my B&O amp wasn't connected properly from the factory. It was causing my car to ground out and think that I never pull my key out of my car which caused it to not lock sometimes when the wire wasn't properly grounded. It also caused my battery to drain and not charge properly when the weather got around freezing. This has been my only problem with my car in 3 years.
