So I've looked around, and I've only found pics if Reiger bumpers. Does anybody have pics of an OEM RS4 bumper with the side vents shaved?

Cant say that I have, although you prob already know most just shave the License plate area and the headlight squirters. Never seen the side vents shaved. I honestly think the vents give the car personality and a aggressive look which is a reason why people buy it but to each there own. Honestly i'd spend the money on another bumper to mod, but i'm interested in how this will look

The vents are what push me away from them. Shaved would be the way to go in my opinion.

Does that look clean? Hell yes!! But again to each there own. Def wouldn't spend 1200+ on a bumper just to do that. The
Dietrich RS4 look is like 700 less and looks almost exact. Have you thought about that as an option?

Looks okay, but I prefer the bumper with the side vents.

That's actually exactly the reason why I'm asking. I love how the vents look on the OEM bumper, I think they go along great. I got a Dietrich, and the vents are to long, and square rather than rounded out like the OEM ones. That's the only reason why I think I'm going to just shave them. And IMHO, I don't think it looks bad shaved, I like OEM more, but the Dietrich ones just don't do it for me.

    S4bighead, thanks for the pshave

Why would you shave functional vents? Does not compute.

They look tacky on there. If I had gone through with purchasing one; vents, plate and washers would have been shaved.

I'm not shaving it on an OEM one. Had I had an OEM RS4 bumper I'd never even consider it. I also never said that I will. I'm just asking for pics to see what it looks like, and to help me brainstorm some ideas.
