Introduction (ft my hibiscus red 2.8)

Hey everyone, I always use these boards for resources but now I am finally making my intro.
Got my b5 a4 (auto

) from my dad for graduating hs (he had it for 4 years), and now a little over 3 years later she has come a long way. She was given to me with eibach suspension but everything else stock. My dad had rims in the garage he used to have on the car but tires needed to be replaced.

First order of business, sony xplod head unit

The car also had some very bad tint, air bubbles all over, even looked purple...

Went with viper tint 4% on back 3, 17% on front 2

Then, it was exhaust(magnaflow) and intake(k&n)

Looked pretty good but rims needed to be taken care of

Finally got the tires to fit these 18" akuza's

How she sits now

Random things I've done: replaced catalytic converters (cel codes), replaced VCG for oil leak, replaced hood with paint chipping, replaced bose speakers (already blown out again

)
Just got my coolant temp sensor today which is the only thing left standing in the way of no more CEL!

Not really feeling the wheels but other than that the car looks really clean. I also acquired my car from my dad, looks like our dads had similar interests in lowering cars.

Your gf looks thrilled to be in that picture.
You're speakers are blowing because you need to reduce the bass level on your headunit.
Put it at 0 or even into the negatives. If you want bass, add a subwoofer.

Love the color and the wheels are actually pretty decent.

crazexr7 it's funny i was not too fond of the rims from way back when my dad had em on, but now that its mine i really like them lol.

and doubleu8 thank you for the compliments! it's actually my sister and yes she was thrilled lol. Also, thank you for that tip, I have now reduced the bass to zero. Sound system MAY be next, however I'm thinking of getting a rear sway bar. Knowing myself i'd go all out with the system and that will be a big purchase lol.
