great for CT locals! I always wished i had Uni on my old b6, and i recently found out i will soon have a hookup for the software in my area. Everyone who has it swears by it. cant wait!

Is there an "upgrade" path for someone like myself who is on an APR S3 K04 tune? If so, what are the expected gains? Most of the numbers I have seen published are for the K0R and look a lot more impressive than APR's K04 numbers...

Unitronic B7 A4 with a K04 Turbo, S3 Injectors, Upgraded High Pressure Fuel Pump, Turbo Back Exhaust System, Cold Air Intake / Short Ram has 335 hp and tq.

That's considerably more than APR publishes. Does Unitronic have a way to switch from 93 to 91 (in case you travel to an area that doesn't offer 93)?
Also, is it just a reflash to go from APR software to Unitronic?

Currently they do not have switchable maps, working on it, their software will reduce ignition when lower octane fuel is used, self adapts. And yes, just flash over APR. Nate

Hey Im in West Haven and very happy to hear that someone local offers this software. Is there any type of trial available? I have a stock B7 A4 and I'm looking for a little extra power. Ive been thinking about this for a while and really want to finally pull the trigger.

definitely do it! i got the stage2 UNITRONIC from AMS Autowerks in north jersey and it was worth every penny i spent. i really dont even know why they do the 30 day money back guarantee.... its not necessary. if you ask for your money back within those 30 days.... SHAME ON YOU! lol.
