Like said no spacers. I run exact same tire and size in the summer. Good for maine roads. Agressive look. Good traction. I like them.

Test fit'em today for kicks..

of course they will fit. they are the same size and offset as USP wheels. as for tire size 235/40 is the OE correct size.

going to need at least a 12.5mm spacer to make them look decent.

if you plan on running 225s instead, get at least a 15mm spacer. (something like a 17mm would be better... with about a 20mm in the rear)
