Need help with my CEL codes think my MAF is shot, anything else to look for?

I started my car Sunday morning (2003 1.8T) and the orange traction control triangle came on, then a minute later while driving my CEL came on as well. I ran the codes and this is what I got:

    17522 - Oxygen (Lamda) Sensor; B1 S2 / P1114 - 008 - Internal resistance too High - Intermittent
    6891 - Idle Control System RPM / P0507 - 001 - Higher than expected - Intermittent
    16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) / P0102 - 002 - Signal too low - MIL ON

So I'm pretty positive my MAF shit the bed, trying to figure out what may have caused it as the car has been great up until now. I'm guessing the other codes were a result of the bad MAF. I have a Carbonio air intake and I popped the top and the filter looks clean enough, had it on the car for 30k miles cleaned it only twice. Maybe I didn't clean it enough and it caused this? The car only has 60k miles on it figured the MAF would last longer... The MAF hooks up pretty much directly to the Carbonio air filter so I can't see where there would be any leaks that would cause this code. Any where else I should look?

Recent changes to my car were that I had my coil packs swapped Friday at the dealer because of the recall, car drove great the two days before my MAF failed. Also, I think my exhaust is leaking somewhere near the test pipe or maybe at the manifold, I can hear it when accelerating under load. Could this cause my MAF to fail? I need to figure out where it's leaking and get that fixed too

So for now I'm looking for a new MAF, at ECS they list three different ones, a refurb, and then two separate Bosche versions which I can not tell apart. Which is the best to buy don't want issues down the road.. Thanks!

Here are the two new Bosche versions:

Symptoms are indeed maf related, have you tried just checking the plug to see if the dealer forgot to plug it in? When the ECM doesnt get a feedback signal from the MAF it will give you the ESP light and throw the MAF code. If its plugged in I would try clearing and see if they come back. Interesting it happened right after the dealer did CPs, I had a similar issue with my MAF that seemed to occur around the same time as the CP recall, i'm still battling the problem after more then a year. new sensor doest fix it. Yeah it was plugged in, I unplugged it, cleaned the terminal then plugged it back in. When I cleared the codes they came right back. I wonder how the coil packs could cause this, it's a strange coincidence though that it happened two days after swapping them. I guess all I can do is give a new MAF a try.. I don't like hearing you tried swapping the MAF and it didn't solve it...has me worried. Are you throwing the same codes as I am and have you tried going back to the dealer to get the old coil packs put back in?

    Thanks

I just remembered something else that the service guy mentioned to me after changing the coil packs. He said that my "Pressure Valve" looked a little corroded and might need changing soon and that it could cause a CEL. I think he was maybe talking about the PCV? Could that give a code looking like a bad MAF? Thanks

I have always been on top of getting my car serviced, just had the 60k done few months back and they said everything looked great..and now the problems come lol

i throw that 102 code. difference with mine is it would run like poop until the ECM figured it was a bad maf, then after a few starts it would look for the maf again and run like poop and the cycle would start over. so i just drive it with the maf unplugged, runs fine but always have the 102 code and ESP light on. i've bought 2 MAFs at $140/ea both with no help, i figure its in the harness now but i have no way of checking until i man up and buy a bentley to ring it out. i'm thinking stealership sabotage!
