Speed Cameras/ Photo Blocker SPRAY

We just got a ticket in the mail and it had a photo of our SUV's license plate on it. $124 fine for doing 29 in a 20.
Wife said she never had been in the area before saw nothing posted about speed cameras or reduction in speed from 35 to 20.

How the heck do you contest one of these?

How well does the photo blocker spray work.

It's interesting how this stuff works. The cameras are placed here in our state yet the ticket came from Arizona. WTFOver?

General car talk forum doesn't get as much traffic as general chit chat etc.

Only thing I can think of is for her to go back, drive that same route, and either take a video or pictures of it demonstrating that she saw nothing posted. Thats really the only way I can see you contesting that because as we all know telling the judge, "hey I didn't see it" isn't gonna fly.

Lastly, many speed camera operations are typically contracted to a private non-government third party. There was a huge sh*t storm about this a few years ago in Arizona, thus resulting in the state shutting down all of them. I'm guessing the company that managed Arizonas operation manages the one in King County, etc.
