Deabting on selling my A4

So since I picked up my C5 A6 2 weeks ago, and parked the A4, because I was going to change the clutch and clean the engine bay up a bit, Im now trying to decided if I want to sell it or not. Its a great fun car. 1.8T 5spd manual, just installed a Frankenturbo with 440cc injectors, C2 Motorsports tune, oil cooler and a few odds and ends, almost a month ago. I replaced the water pump and timing belt kit sometime during the summer of 2009. Ive got a few loans I want to pay off completely instead of dragging them out, and start saving for a house. It sucks because I knew this would come up sooner or later, and signs showed when people started asking me, if I was going to sell it. If I were to sell it, I dont even know what to ask for it. Dont want to price it too high, or too low for the fact that all the turbo upgrades will only be a year old within the next 2-3 months.

With your mods, 4-5k? If it doesn't really need anything.

I was thinking it would be worth about 5-5.5k needing a clutch. If i replaced the clutch maybe more. I was planning on putting the ECS RA4 clutch in and having it retuned soon. If i do that, it should be putting down somewhere between 220-250awhp at 22-24psi.

I bought my 01 Casa with a 2871, Milltek exhaust, 2.5" dp, hfm, walbro 255, S4 front bumper and side skirts, 18" BBS VZ's with brand new Potenza RE040's, S4 Alcantara interior, new front control arm kit, S4 cluster, supertech valve springs an retainers, fmic, and a bunch of other stuff that I can't think of for $5700.

Just saying they aren't worth a lot of money these days in this economy.

Yea its crazy how much Audis depreciate in value. My 03 A6 isnt even worth $10k, and vehicles like Jeeps, which there isnt much to them, hold their value a lot better. I was just reading through A4 Robs build thread, all 29 pages, and it just got my wheels turning, about cleaning up the engine and bay. Its not not a need to sell type thing, since its not costing me anything but insurance just sitting now, just be nice to have the extra money and things paid off. Who knows, if I replace the clutch, get it retuned on the dyno, I may have a lot of fun in it, and kick myself in the ass for even thinking about getting rid of it.

Man... Here in Canada you could sell that for $7-9K no problem. I always feel like I got ripped off on mine whenever I read about how much you guys in the US paid for your cars. Then I take a look around, and B5 is still selling for 10K if its a 00/01 up here. That's just not fair.

Easy 5500 i have had 5500 offers on mine ko4 giac blah blah. Black 98.5 quattro 5speed. U should be able to get atleast 5500 on a bad day good luck man

For now I plan to keep it and go ahead with my original plan of changing out tje clutch and doing some odds and ends.
