Red interior button lights not working?

So, I drive my car home Friday night and park it. All is well. I detailed my cars interior (vacuum, clean/condition seats etc) yesterday, and when turning on my lights to leave the house I noticed that none of my red lights are lit. The only ones that work now are the lights on the radio, the LCD screens on the climate control, the shifter plate lights, and speedometer. All the rest (+ and -, ESP, window, cupholder and buttons for the lights/sunroof switch etc. aren't working. The dome lights, and footwell lights work fine. I checked the fuses and those were good too. Maybe it's a bad relay? Or a short somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I miss my darkroom lighting.

Strangely enough I have the same problem in my B6. Almost the same lights too, except my + & - work but my headlight switch doesn't light up. Hopefully someone in the a6 world has an answer because I couldn't get anything in B6 land.

And oddly enough one thing led to another and I figured it out. It ended up being the fuse to my ciggarete lighter. So try that, it might be it. I hadn't checked it before because I never would have even guessed, but when I went to charge my phone. Well, let's say it led to a happy ending
