your ABS would get messed up (slightly....like incredibly micro amount of messing up) and your speedometer may read incorrectly......thats it^^

I ran 255/35/20 for a year. Loved the look and the ride was great. Dont care anything about the speedo or abs etc. Had no issues.

When the spokes go all the way to the edge of the wheel, 19's look big enough

I faced the same dilemma when I decided to replace my stock 19s... didn't know whether I should stay with the same size, or move up to 20s. 19s look great so long as they're lowered, but there's nothing to worry about if you eventually decide to go with 20s. In the end I decided to go with 20s, and I use my car as a daily driver. I don't think there's a right or wrong answer between the two. It all comes down to your personal preference. The difference in ride comfort was almost non-existent, and I drive everywhere from Chula Vista, to downtown SD, to Mira Mesa, to Fallbrook. No issues whatsoever with any of the roads, and I've never suffered from any damage or blowouts. I personally think 20s are a perfect size, and I don't think they make the car look like a 4x4. Some pictures might make 20s look too big, but you really have to see them in person and make the judgement call yourself.

tsw nurburgrings, VMR v710's and kind of the miro 111's all share a similar design, i think the miro's have the most concavity of them all

As far as hybrid casting methods go, the TSW Nring wheels are probably the strongest out of anything outside of forged wheels. It's nice to see TSW making a good effort to shed the "The Soft Wheel" nickname.

tsw has made big improvements after they started to become known for shitty wheels
same with rota, rota has been associated with severe cracked wheels (google rota fail....then LOL) but they too have stepped up thier game.
actually, if anyone is crafty with photochop, would anyone mind doing an a5 and some grids?

you have OEM RS4 'style' wheels, they are not true RS4's tho, they only came in 19

I never thought of that before but you are 100% right, IMO. The 20's with spokes to the edge look too big but BK's looks(ed) perfect.

Technical or performance wise:
19" as no 20" set up can be lighter than the similar set up in 19". Every BBK will fit!
Optic:
20" as it just looks perfect! Comfort will suffer sligthly...
When I upgraded my Quattroporte ...I was happy that I could adjust the shocks from sport to comfort when my family was on board.

Thanks to everyone you replied! I am going to temporarily punt and not make a decision yet! My plan is to put some coilovers on my car and check out how the 19s look. Hopefully I will like the look and not have to spend extra money on 20s. Pics to follow....
