full timing belt kit (people like ecs, jhm, etc) - JHM has a cool video that's helpful
DIY - http://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng63.shtml - this will tell you a lot of the tools you need also
upgrade diverter valves (lots of options here)
upgrade throttle body boot and bi-pipes
    snub mount (i like stern)
    gallon of G12
cam lock bar and crank lock pin (if you want to do it by the book)
    bandaids
    case of beer

double check all the torque specs on everything you reassemble, also INSPECT THERMOSTAT HOUSING, i had to take everything apart again because mine was cracked

If you have any leaking value cover gaskets and seals, this is a good time to do that. Blauparts has a good kit and video. Good luck and godspeed

Take a hard look at the accessory tensioner.
Valve cover gaskets and tensioner gaskets are also good to look at.
